Front Desk Specialist

Contract to Hire

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth

Scope: Front Desk Specialist requires experience with patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance.  Candidates must be able to calculate patients’ portion of the bill, collect co pays, and enter charges (charge entry).  Strong communication skills required and ability to work in a fast paced environment. 


  • Two years front office experience / patient reception, preferably in a fast paced physician practice
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Customer friendly attitude
