Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound/outbound customer service requests
  • Respond to requests for medical records
  • Handle patient scheduling
  • Conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
  • Support marketing initatives
  • Participate in meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to every caller

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service or call center setting within the healthcare field required
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to world-class customer service
  • Strong phone, typing or data entry skills required
