RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisted customers with billing questions – resolve customer complaints
  • Interpreted insurance explanation of benefits
  • Medicare denials, Medicare Appeals, and Medicare phone reviews
  • In-depth experience identifying and resolving complex Medicare issues
  • Filed claims with multiple insurance companies
  • Insurance company follow up

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Medical Biller must have experience working with EOB’s – Explanation of Benefits
  • DME experience is a PLUS
