Administrative Assistant

Real Estate and Tax Firm located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for an energetic person with great verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Answer and field telephone calls with an emphasis in customer service
  • Scanning, filing and data entry
  • Able to assist with overflow work from senior support staff
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls, etc... for senior staff members
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Assist in preparing and summarizing all reports for clients
  • Extremely proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of Access helpful
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn all facets of the business
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
