Senior HRIS Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior HCM Analyst to support and maintain the current system as well as implement new modules on a global scale.  This individual will be the lead HCM expert within the HR team for all company locations and will maintain relations with technology vendors.

Specific responsibilities include:

  •          Act as a functional expert and work with IT to resolve any system issues
  •          Plan, manage and implement Oracle HCM implementations and upgrades 
  •          Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions
  •          Create and maintain data interfaces
  •          Maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports and HCM extracts
  •          Develop and conduct global training for Oracle HCM to all HR staff 
  •          Handle ad-hoc and customized reporting requests
  •          Create, manage and support customizations and extensions
  •          Review and decode Fast Formulas
  •          Test patches for upgrades and system fixes

Requirements:

  •          Four year degree in related field of study
  •          At least five years HCM/HRIS experience
  •          Three years of experience with Oracle’s development tools
  •          Three years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware
  •          Proficiency with SQL
  •          Knowledge of ETL tools
  •          Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •          SPHR, PMP and/or Master’s Degree are a preference
