Position: HR Generalist/ Representative

Location: Cedar Park, TX

Position Responsibilities: 

  • HR Generalist assists with coordinating candidate interviews (phone and email) as well as coordinating travel for candidates
  • New hire on-boarding and orientation 
  • Updates employee information
  • Coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
  • Prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team
  • Data entry - employee information
  • Special Projects (i.e. updating internal/external job descriptions)
  • Assist HR department with filing and other administrative duties as needed

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PHR certification strongly preferred
  • HR Generalist must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
