A HireStrategy client is for a HR Coordinator to support their Recruiting team. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Actively source candidates to maintain a robust pipeline of talent
  • Schedule interviews and arrange travel for a variety of candidates
  • Update the company’s HRIS system with employee information
  • Audit HR records to ensure accuracy
  • Assist the HR department with Benefits, Employee Relations Issues, and Compliance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 6 months of HR/Recruiting experience
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
