HireStrategy's client is looking for a temporary Benefits Coordinator to assist them during their busy season!

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Benefits Coordinator handles open enrollment process from start to finish
  • The Benefits Coordinator performs a variety of data entry into the HRIS system related to changes in benefits and reporting 
  • The Benefits Coordinator presents benefits related material during new hire orientation and employee education meetings
  • The Benefits Coordinator acts as the primary contact to benefit plan vendors
  • The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for continued analysis of current plans and trends to ensure company obtains best possible benefit options
  • The Benefits Coordinator generates complex presentations and reports utilizing PowerPoint and Excel

 

Qualifications:

  • Benefits Coordinator must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Benefits Coordinator must have a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in benefits
  • Benefits Coordinator must have strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Benefits Coordinator must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Benefits Coordinator must have experience working with an HRIS system
