Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a well known PR firm in Manhattan, is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interview and qualify potential candidates, primarily junior-mid level candidates in the healthcare, technology, and corporate communications space.
  • Establish pipeline of candidates through online sources as well as social media and other out of the box methods.
  • Write compelling and accurate job descriptions
  • Manage the candidate experience by guiding them through the interview process, ensuring constant communication and an overall positive experience.


  • 3+ years’ recruitment in a fast paced agency environment
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask and produce high volume pipelines under tight deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of the latest talent acquisition tools, legal regulations and market trends
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work is a fast paced environment
  • Work with different department heads and senior management who will provide input on candidates
  • Agency Experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
