Job Duties:

  • Support HR Department in administrative functions
  • File employee and policy paperwork
  • Help to back up electronic file system
  • Work with employees and managers on timesheets
  • Work within Excel to update reports and run reports as needed
  • Update employee key passes
  • Manage interview schedule for HR and managers
  • Assist in updating employee key card access
  • Help to update policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years clerical/office experience
  • High school diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
