Part Time HR Assistant

An established OKC company is looking for a part-time HR Assistant to join their team! 

Job Duties:

  • Work with managers to handle all recruitment, interviewing, and on-boarding efforts
  • Act as liaision between employees and 3rd party benefits administrators
  • Head up open enrollment once a year
  • Work with benefits administrators and executives to handle any benefits changes
  • Liaison between employees and manager for employee relations and discipline issues

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in an HR role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection
  • Experience working with employee benefit's
