HR Generalist

Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Responsibilities

  • HR Generalist assists with new hire orientation
  • HR Generalist updates employee information
  • HR Generalist assists with coordinating candidate interviews (phone and email) as well as coordinating travel for candidates
  • HR Generalist coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
  • HR Generalist prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • HR Generalist must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • HR Generalist must have experience with calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook
  • HR Generalist must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • HR Generalist must have a strong attention to detail
