International Development Recruiter

We are looking for a low-mid level International Recruiter with 3+ years’ experience in the Northern Virginia Area. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Full Life Cycle Recruiting
  • Ability to meet monthly and yearly hiring goals provided by the Recruitment Manager
  • Review applications and contact candidates within five business days, set phone interview appointments
  • Follow up with candidates in a timely fashion to ensure monthly invoicing goals are met
  • Phone interview all candidates meeting the minimum requirements
  • Recommend to the Recruitment Manager suitable candidates to be invited to the appropriate interview session
  • Inform candidates of the conditions and expectations of the position, and ensure understanding
  • Identify which applicants are best suited for specific job roles and have the greatest potential for success
  • Complete at least two reference checks for each candidate
  • Responsible for assisting with event coordination (flights, hotels, presentation rooms, etc.) for seminars and interviews at venues throughout N. America and other regions of the Globe. CONUS AND OCONUS
  • Maintain and update all HRIS systems to ensure all candidates move through the recruitment process as per the recruitment cycle
  • Develop rapport with candidates, assisting them in successfully progressing through the application process and facilitating trust in order to ensure honest, open conversation
  • Maintain a clean inbox, answering questions from candidates in a timely and complete manner in accordance with company policy

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Full life Cycle Recruiting experience, 
  • International recruiter clear on resume
  • Government contracting experience a plus! 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
