HireStrategy is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, personable, self-starting individual who is ready to utilize his or her degree in a professional services environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition team in all scheduling, coordination and administrative functions
  • Coordinate onboarding activities 
  • Manage complex calendars (specifically as it applies to scheduling interviews)
  • Interview candidates over the phone and in-person to determine skill set and career goals
  • Source candidates for diverse positions
  • Conduct research and develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Schedule new hires for New Hire Orientation



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ HR experience out of professional services
  • Experience in managing recruiting coordination tasks including scheduling interviews, entering data into HRIS
  • Experience working within HR, Talent Acquisition or Recruiting team
  • Possesses high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, you need to keep the team informed on new hire onboarding processes (where new hires are in the process, what’s needed, what hasn’t been done, etc.); tell team when job postings are expiring, tell team if career fairs/events are coming up as far in advance as possible.
