A HireStrategy client is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in the Washington, DC metro area. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for technical, non-technical and executive-level positions within our infrastructure organization, including IT, HR, Finance and Business Development. He/she will partner will business leaders, hiring managers, HR and all other key stakeholders to build recruiting strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Technical Recruiter will accurately evaluating candidates based on core competencies and cultural fit
  • Building effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent
  • The Technical Recruiter will be managing the flow of employee referrals and candidates
  • Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values
  • The Technical Recruiter will be partnering directly with executives to truly understand their needs
  • The Technical Recruiter will advise and guide executives to make successful hires

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Experience working with/recruiting for positions at the executive level
  • Experience in technical recruiting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience handling a high volume of positions in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial ability to approach the challenges and opportunities of working in a dynamic industry
  • Experience recruiting in the healthcare or federal contracting industries
  • Team player who works well with counterparts from various functions/ departments and has the ability to influence the work of counterparts without direct reporting accountability
  • Excels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisions
