Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Recruiter must source by using internet tools, cold calling, social media to generate a consistent candidate pool
  • The Recruiter will review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Conduct phone interviews qualify candidates
  • The Recruiter must manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
  • The Recruiter will negotiate offers
  • The Recruiter is responsible for checking references and conducting background checks
  • Provide excellent service to hiring managers and a great experience to candidates

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of prior IT recruiting
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Full lifecycle technology recruitment 
  • Experience with application tracking software
  • Source candidates through various resources such as a candidate tracking tool, cold calling, networking, and internet based searches
  • Qualify candidates by conducting phone screens and interviews
  • Establish and grow relationships within the IT community 
  • Candidates must possess the following experience and characteristics:
  • Strong client/customer service skills with excellent telephone communications skills
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality, manage stress and thrive in a competitive environment
  • Strong organizational and effective time management skills
