NetSuite Administrator

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the continued growth of the NetSuite application. This position will work closely with cross-functional team members to identify opportunities for using NetSuite to improve process efficiency, provide analytic insights and support business growth and needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Front line technical support for NetSuite users (including manage user access and maintain system access/roles and rights)
  • Work closely with Finance, other applicable departments 
  • Assist Finance department with support of optimized use of NetSuite
  • Creating documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows and user guides (includes translate business requirements into user and functional requirements)
  • Perform system maintenance and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades
  • Recommending system changes and enhancements based on changing operational and business needs
  • Support Finance with month end close as needed
  • Work on cross functional teams for special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 3 years of NetSuite experience
