Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a high volume of call activity
  • Identifies, networks and sells to potential candidates/job seekers through creative recruiting strategy, including the use of internal data base, job boards, and social networking  
  • Maintains and updates a prospective candidate pipeline
  • Generates leads and identifies opportunities for Business Development Managers
  • Schedules candidate interviews for Recruiters
  • Represents HireStrategy in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours
  • Documentation of all candidate conversations and activity in internal database, for historical data and productivity reporting


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Eager to work in a sales environment
  • Must be money motivated
  • Loves to be on the phone (not texting, but calling and talking to new people all day long developing relationships over the phone)
  • Professional oral and written communication skills – must be able to write professional emails and understand proper business etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be adaptable and have the ability to take direction from various employees
  • Reliable mode of transportation is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
