IT Specialist

We are presently searching for a full-time IT Technical Specialist.  The IT Technical Specialist, is responsible for providing technical support to firm internal users.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support our internal users proactively and effectively in a wide variety of IT Issues
  • Technical support for hardware and local applications issues, e.g. Lenovo PCs, printers, smartphones, conference room equipment, etc.
  • Initial point of contact for vendor support calls, coordinating repairs and replacements
  • Demonstrate consistent, outstanding customer service to users and works collaboratively with team members



  • High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • MCP preferred but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms
  • Intermediate analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a dispersed team environment
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Intermediate MS Office application skills (Office 3650)
  • Basic skills using current versions of MS Office, MS Windows, Active Directory, and selected applications used by firm
  • Basic understanding in operating and maintaining hardware (servers, switches, desktops, laptops, smartphones, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced customer service skills
