Financial Consulting firm looking for dedicated employee to support their users as a Tier 2 Desktop Technician. This client has the opportunity to grow within so if you have a foundation in service desk support and want to be seen as a valuable "go-to" resource for your company, this is for you! 

Long term contract opportunity.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • IT support for local DC user base (roughly 250 users) in addition to users across various global offices
  • Communicate with users via email, jabber, webex to communicate, VTC’s, videophones to resolve issues in timely manner while keeping them abreast of timeline 
  • Responsible for new account creation, access permissions within Exchange



  • 3 – 5 years’ experience working a service desk environment 
  • Windows 7 experience or higher  /8.1/10 support 3 -4 years required
  • Seasoned Active Directory support required
  • Exchange access and account creation
  • Experience working independently
  • Must Pass Background check  
  • Experience troubleshooting MAC machines
  • ITIL knowledge
  • SCCM administration experience
  • Familiarity with VDI tool such as Citrix XenApp or Xendesktop
