The successful candidate will come from a competitive background based on one of two backgrounds. First the person will be a full desk perm producer in Finance & Accounting who is an up and comer with a great track record of success, who is looking to move into a producing leadership role. The second successful background will be a person who is currently a successful producing perm leader who may be looking to make a change to a more rewarding environment. This person will have full P&L responsibility for the practice, including hiring and training, and will be charged with building the perm search business in the greater Dallas area. This position revolves around developing and nurturing client and candidate relationships in the marketplace in order to uncover open jobs, and placing Finance & Accounting professionals in those roles. Our ultimate goal is to build relationships and place the best qualified candidates with industry leading companies in the market.
Key characteristics of the successful candidate include a sales driver with an entrepreneurial mindset, someone who thrives in a successful, results-oriented environment, and who leads by example. This leader needs to possess a college degree and a proven ability to build professional relationships effectively with staff level professionals to C-Suite executives. The individual must also exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, function well with minimal supervision, have the ability to pick up new concepts quickly, and have a successful track record of professional B2B sales.
