Position Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Establishes a partnership between the client, the insurance company, and Insurance team to assure clients of quality protection, valued customer service, and excellent claims support.Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound business judgment and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build quality customer and client relationships
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely, objective and confidential manner.
  • Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and quality
  • Effectively prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with high level of detail and accuracy
  • Technical Skills – Must have demonstrated advanced level PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Education Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business OR equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • 2 years of customer service or account management experience in the insurance industry required
  • Extensive understanding of insurance markets, products and usages, including but not limited to, account exposures, insurance coverage's, and the quoting process required in order to effectively manage client accounts required
  • Ability to maintain property and casualty insurance license required
  • Must have demonstrated technical proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office - Suite
  • Experience using agency management systems preferred
