HireStrategy is currently recruiting for professionals who are interested an Account Executive role within a leading and dynamic technology company in DC. The Account Executive will be a mid -level candidate who is highly motivated, personable and a self-starter. The company provides free breakfasts, monthly happy hours and unlimited PTO! This is an opportunity that will give you the ability to create connections, building rapport with business owners and decision makers, understanding their goals and needs and offering a consultative approach to service.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full lifecycle sales process to include qualifying, pitching, and closing with a focus on new business growth and creating a positive and productive customer experience
  • Growing assigned region by consistently hitting monthly sales quotas and successfully manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Prospecting and identifying decision makers by making cold and warm calls
  • Using a highly-consultative sales approach to promote products and services to potential clients as a business solution

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of successful full life cycle sales experience in a 100% new business role environment
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in written communication
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Extremely goal oriented with a drive to succeed
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Tenacity, drive, and consistent work ethic
