Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, with proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce software. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be adept at multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documents.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports and presentations using NetSuite and Salesforce software.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of sales orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, meetings, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce software is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and wear multiple hats as needed.
