About Addison

 

David Moore:

David Moore has been recognized as a leader in staffing in Oklahoma for 13 years. He was hired in 1995 by one of the largest staffing companies in the world and quickly rose to the top. He helped build the information technology division of the company to be their #1 division for over one year while managing their Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Northwest Arkansas locations. He was named one of the top sales people in the company as well as given top leadership awards.

In 2002 he decided to follow his dream of starting a company. He took the best of what he learned with the large international firm and the best of the smaller companies and created something unique by combining his work ethic and strong knowledge of staffing as well as a new desire to help people find their fit.

In September of 2002 he and Rob Zumwalt, his long time friend, started The Addison Group in Tulsa, a staffing company specializing in accounting/finance and information technology. In 2005 they branched out to Oklahoma City still specializing in accounting/finance and information technology and also expanded into engineering. In 2007 they opened TAG Resources in Houston, Texas specializing in accounting/finance and information technology.

Their company has grown from an idea to being one of the largest and most respected staffing firms in the region.

David is very involved in the community through Leadership Tulsa, River Parks Race Board member, as well as being Treasurer for Oklahoma Association of Personnel Consultants. He stays very active and has run the Chicago Marathon twice, once running for Race for The Cure raising money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

He is a graduate of Northeastern State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration.

 

Rob Zumwalt:

Rob Zumwalt began his career in staffing in 1997 with a large international firm. Though beginning his staffing career in Tulsa he was quickly promoted to Colorado to manage the Denver and Colorado Springs offices. Under Zumwalt’s leadership the Denver office became one of the top offices in the company. In 2000 as a Business Development Director, Zumwalt performed operational audits and training in 25 different cities. It is here he developed a passion for training and equipping others for success.

In 2002 Zumwalt co-founded The Addison Group in Tulsa, OK with David Moore. The Addison Group is a specialized staffing company focusing on IT, Engineering, Accounting/Finance and Administrative Support.

Zumwalt holds a board position with Susan G. Komen, For the Cure, is a founding member of the Tulsa Chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals and Leadership Tulsa Class 38 member.

He is a graduate of Northeastern State University with a bachelor's degree in Meetings and Destination Management.

 

Jason Reagan:

Jason Reagan joined The Addison Group in May of 2005 and is currently the Managing Partner within the company. His main responsibility is to strategically grow and manage internal resources that will ensure The Addison Group and TAG Resources remain the leader in the industry by providing their business customers and professional candidates the overall excellent service that they deserve.

Jason started in the staffing industry in 2000 and has since been recognized as one of the best at not only developing excellent business relationships but also leading and managing internal company resources.

His main goal everyday is to assist internal employees achieve success by providing an avenue to connect talented and highly qualified candidates with the leading employers in the cities in which they provide their services.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
