Addison Group makes the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces List

November 2014

Addison Group, a leading provider of professional staffing services, today announced it has been selected as one of The Chicago Tribune Top 100 Workplaces.

The Chicago-based staffing firm has 17 offices nationwide, providing companies with Finance & Accounting, IT, Administrative & HR, and non-clinical Healthcare staffing needs. Founded in 1999, the company has received recognition both in the Chicagoland area and beyond as a great place to work – this year marks the company’s third on the Chicago Tribune’s Best Places to Work list – and Addison Group continues to work to create an environment that excites and energizes employees while fostering professional development. In 2014, the company added a substantial amount of internal positions, as well as entered two news markets – Denver, CO and Austin, TX. Also, via acquisitions, Addison expanded its footprint onto the east and west coasts – with offices in Reston, VA, Washington, DC, San Francisco, CA, and Seattle, WA; as well as adding more practice groups to several offices nationwide. As a testament to its dedication to career growth, Addison Group invested a significant amount in employee training and education programs in 2014.

“We’re honored to be listed among the best places to work in Chicago – we take a great deal of pride in engaging, developing and retaining the best talent – and that starts with creating a place where they want to be,” said Thomas Moran, CEO at Addison Group. “At Addison Group, we’re committed to the growth of our employees and their careers, and we’ve built a culture centered on that dedication – we pride ourselves on giving them the tools and the freedom to be creative and nurture their piece of the business.”
