Customer Service Rep

 (Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available)

Seeking a Customer Service Rep to assist our clients when placing orders. There will be training provided. Looking for a proactive and diligent team member to join. 


  • Inbound and outbound call center, handling orders and entering that into the system
  • Contact customers as necessary when we are unable to secure their automated order
  • Be vigilant in manning inbound phone queue to assure inbound customer calls are handled with minimum hold times
  • Polling automated orders that were not secured via their first computer call.
  • Assist customer with problems associated with the automatic order taking process
  • Keep abreast of current promotions and tests and be able to provide customers with product and item number information
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task by managing phone calls while efficiently navigating between multiple computer screens

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 6 months high volume call center experience
  • Data Entry 10-Key by touch
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
