Client Service/Inside Sales

Our client, located in downtown Chicago, is seeking an individual to support their sales team.  This is a contract to hire opportunity - the salary on a regular full time basis would be 35K - 38K.  The focus of this role is supporting the internal sales team by qualifying leads and identifying the main point of contact within the company.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online research to develop call lists.  
  • Call into offices to identify to primary contact person.  
  • Make 60-100 outbound calls per day
  • Document call information in an internal data base
  • Provide updated daily reports to business development managers

Requirements:

  • Previous inside sales, or cold calling experience over the phone
  • Strong MS Excel experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Professional phone presence
