Logistics Coordinator

In this role, you will plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services. You will manage all aspects of the order from creation to completion. This position offers a unique experience to see the many stages an order goes through. You are able to be the point of contact for a customer from start to finish and offer superb customer service because you will know every detail of their order. Job Responsibilities:

  • Booking Truck loads
  • Partials
  • Tracking shipments to ensure all customer requirements are met
  • System and status updates to insure visibility of all shipments
  • Tracking
  • Assign carriers to orders
  • Provide support for customers
  • Assist with projects as directed
  • Create and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Organize and monitor power only moves


  • At least 1 years experience in related field
  • College degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Strong organization, problem solving skills, and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to define a problem, collect data, identify, and apply solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Managing/utilizing multiple systems
  • Team player
