A HireStrategy Client is looking for a contract Front Desk Receptionist/Office Administrative Professional for their Herndon Virginia location. This is a great opportunity for an outgoing and detail oriented professional looking to expand their skill set!
- Greet all clients with a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Respond to client requests in person, via the phone and through email.
- Manage courier pickups and deliveries; distribute mail
- Assist with office administration and special projects.
- Monitor postage meter, copy area, and copy/fax machines
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Word for document creation and editing
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Administrative experience
- Experience with travel, calendar management, meeting planning, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to work with limited direction
- Friendly and personable demeanor
