A HireStrategy client in Herndon, VA is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a professional manner and exercise excellent customer service
  • Answer phone calls and interact with guests and clients
  • Maintain the overall office in ordering supplies, distributing mail, and contacting vendors
  • Support the HR team in booking appointments, assisting with onboarding, and other general clerical duties
  • Coordinate office events and meetings through calendar management and vendor coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between the staff and Facility Management team
  • Work closely with Payroll and Executive Management teams
  • Utilize basic MS Office products on a regular basis


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • 2-3 years of Receptionist/Office Administrative experience
  • High School diploma required, College Degree preferred
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and tech savvy 
  • Fast learner with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve
