Employment Type: Direct Hire
Responsible for preparing and organizing all necessary materials needed in listing presentation books.
Collect and coordinate completion of documents once listing contracts have been signed.
Enter homes into Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with accuracy and according to client’s requested date.
Occasional activities include attending closings and showing homes to clients.
Organization, communication skills, and attention to detail are necessary.
Ability to work in a team environment.
This position helps with phones, scheduling appointments, updating software system with client information and various other administrative tasks.
ACTIVE Texas real estate license HIGHLY PREFERRED, if not then must be able to active immediately at your own cost. (no more than 2 years of inactive licenses)
