Transaction Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Responsible for preparing and organizing all necessary materials needed in listing presentation books.

  • Collect and coordinate completion of documents once listing contracts have been signed.

  • Enter homes into Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with accuracy and according to client’s requested date.

  • Occasional activities include attending closings and showing homes to clients.

  • Organization, communication skills, and attention to detail are necessary.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • This position helps with phones, scheduling appointments, updating software system with client information and various other administrative tasks.

  • ACTIVE Texas real estate license HIGHLY PREFERRED, if not then must be able to active immediately at your own cost. (no more than 2 years of inactive licenses)
