Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for an administrative assistant to support a number of MD's in their Midtown office!


  • Calendar management, including scheduling of meetings/events (restaurants, conference rooms, catering, etc)
  • Prepare weekly time and expense reports
  • Travel arrangements both international and domestic. Experience with obtaining visas preferred.
  • Assist with on-boarding new hires
  • Create PowerPoint decks, Excel spreadsheets frequently
  • Assist proposal managers with reviewing and gathering information for RFP's
  • Create and manage sales report (CRM experience highly preferred, Salesforce/Peoplesoft/NavSales)


  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of administrative support, preferably in professional services
  • Strong analytical / organizational skills and creative problem solving skills
  • Skillful attention to details and self-assurance of quality of work performed
  • Able to prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters proactively and follows-through on projects to successful completion
  • Exceptional communication skills
