A downtown client is looking to add an office manager to their team! General responsibilities of this role will include logging accounts payable and accounts receivable under the supervision of the controller and assisting with HR. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable 
  • Assist with HR as needed 
  • Posting adjusting Journal Entries
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
