Our client, an alternative investment firm, is looking to hire a receptionist as they open a new floor.




  • Welcome visitors as they arrive
  • Handle incoming calls and route internally
  • Handle FedEx/courier deliveries and pick-ups
  • Check conference rooms for tidiness and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Assist in monitoring and managing conference room calendars
  • Pick up, open, date stamp invoices and sort mail for Executive Assistants to pick up
  • Assist office assistant in maintaining office supply inventory
  • Mail invites for special events
  • Call for professional car service and/or special courier services
  • Perform office closing duties each day;
  • Discard old conference room calendars, organize chairs, coasters, clean up misc. remaining beverage or lunch debris and turn out lights
  • Restock kitchens and run dishwasher as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed



  • 5+ years Receptionist experience in a professional environment
  • Strong Outlook and Word skills preferred
  • Experience with multiple phone lines
