Administrative Assistant needed- a temp to cover for maternity leave.
This role would start in the beginning of March and it would be anywhere from 6-12 weeks. We are looking for someone with previous admin experience in the law firm setting i.e. reviewing, formatting, editing, proofreading documents, creating tables of contents, typing dictation, handling official letters to be typed and mailed, answering phones, taking messages, copying, scanning, faxing etc. This individual must be smart, proactive, quick on their feet, willing to work with a team to provide coverage, pitch in with odds and ends project as necessary and have some flexibility to stay later if required. The hours would be 10:00 am -6:00 pm
