Job Functions:

  • Front-line customer service representative for company
  • Places service calls and supply orders using software and established procedures
  • Uses technical knowledge and experience to direct client requests to correct level of service
  • Invoices billable service calls and enters closed call info
  • Sees each service request through to completion, using all available resources to provide extraordinary client care
  • Serves as a vital communications link to our clients and field techs
  • Ensures that client calls are answered in a prompt and professional manner, representing the company with a positive attitude
  • Ready to go above and beyond to provide excellent service


  • Degree preferred, not required
  • Experience in a customer service role, handling incoming phone calls and helping clients
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Stability on resume 
  • Experience working in a moduled integrated software (we just need to know what software's they have worked in their previous jobs)
