Job Description:
  • Research and monitor documentation deficiency requests
  • Review files to identify issues and prepare necessary documents
  • Contact external and internal parties to obtain required information
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Ensure accuracy of all documents and correct any mistakes that are made in system
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Possess strong follow-up skills

  • Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
