Job Description:

  • Answer multi-line telephone system
  • Screen and directs calls, take and relay messages along with providing information to callers
  • Greet guest and direct them to meetings
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Organize and maintain the reception area


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of customer service
  • Attention to detail, with ability to multi-task
  • Professional dress and attitude
  • Must be punctual
