Job Duties:

  • Answer phones for the office
  • Greet visitors and walk-in traffic
  • Assist sales professionals in setting up for sales presentations
  • Help set up Skype business calls
  • Any other clerical duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Experience answering phones in a business office
  • Presentable and good communication skills
  • Experience with Skype would be a plus
  • Good telephone skills
