An Addison Group client is looking for a trusted Administrative Assistant/ Project Coordinator who can add comprehensive, timely and accurate administrative support. Administrative Assistant's collaborate with all relevant parties to deliver seamless service to clients, both internal and external. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support in the execution of project related industrial support projects
  • Schedule and organize meetings and their corresponding resources
  • Attends project meetings, writes meeting minutes and circulates to program team members
  • Tracks and organizes action items to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Act as a liaison between the project program staff and other team members throughout the organization
  • Support communications with customer representatives
  • Keep updated records and create reports, proposals, and other documents as needed
  • Ensure proper adherence to compliance policies and procedures
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 2-5 years of experience in either the construction industry or administrative support roles
  • Mature Customer Service and Client Communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent follow-through and persistence when corresponding with other team members and customers
  • Ability to work independently as well as to function effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; detail oriented and efficient
  • Records maintenance skills
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control procedures
  • Proficient with computer applications – have a thorough understanding of the MS Office suite and the ability to learn and master other computer/technology software programs as needed
