Location: Plano, TX

Pay: 13-15/hr

General Overview
The customer service rep will be responsible for activities, talk to customers about accounts and products.  Maintain records, work in excel and communicate with key accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls within a call center environment
  • Assists in prioritizing incoming calls and being key account lead for clients.
  • Ensures that the proper tracking and paperwork for compliance and audit.
  • Works with internal and external departments to coordinate communications
  • Update and enter data into excel
  • Utilize excel to track customer communications
  • Monitors reports to ensure that all information is correct and updated as necessary.


  • Must be able to work full time, 12p.m.-9 p.m. M-F
  • Ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in call center environment
  • High school degree required
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel
  • Available to start immediately
  • Must be eligible to work in United States and not need sponsorship now, or in the future
