A HireStrategy client is looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to support the CEO.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the senior management team
  • Type letters, memoranda, and generate presentation materials
  • Oversee heavy calendar management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements both foreign and domestic
  • Professionally answer phones and greet visitors
  • Preform other clerical duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Detail oriented individual
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
