Administrative Assistant located in Northern NJ

Administrative assistant  will be responsible in the daily operations of the company by performing duties related to facilities, employees, and all building related issues.This person will be responsible for the regional headquarters Office and support all east coast work locations. Duties will include managing inventory of office supplies and equipment. (Ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.)

Facilities maintenance and improvement will also be a part of the role.  Maintaining all office space/work stations; sort mail, clean common area space/rooms, organize all storage and conference rooms

You will meet and greet  all visitor and distribute employee badge IDs 

Responsible for company’s communication and transportation such as phones, messenger service, DHL, UPS and shipping

- Process payments, invoices (A/P), and receivables (A/R)
- Budget control and cost saving analysis for office supplies
- Negotiate pricing with new vendors

Responsible for organizing and executing all company events onsite and offsite

Administrative duties for Legal and Human Resources department

Other projects assigned related to building lease, facilities management, and moves for all east coast work locations.

Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager.


-  Degree preferred

- Computer skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to self-prioritize and balance workload
