Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Our Client in Rockville, MD is looking for an entry level candidate interested in an Administrative role to support administrative tasks for the team. The candidate will be mission focused with at least one year of administrative experience. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls 
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments 
  • Maintain contact lists 
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms 
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports 
  • Develop and maintain a filing system 
  • Order office supplies 
  • Book travel arrangements 
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports 
  • Provide general support to visitors 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Associate's Degree 
  • Experience in Microsoft Word 
  • Internship or relevant work experience preferred
