Executive Assistant

Our industry leading client is looking for an outgoing Executive Assistant to join their team supporting a dynamic Executive in the C-Suite. Applicants should have prior experience supporting at the Executive level, a proactive customer service mindset and a high working proficiency in Excel to complete expense reporting, budgeting and financial reporting duties. Job Responsibilities 

  • Meeting coordination and scheduling
  • Calendar management 
  • Meeting preparation and planning
  • Expense reporting & other reporting in Excel that will include budgeting and planning 
  • Attending Board Meetings and taking minutes
  • Correspondence via phone, and email 

Required Experience 

  • At least 3+ years providing administrative support at a VP or C- Suite level
  • A great customer service mindset with a proactive approach to tackling the responsibilities of the day
  • High working proficiency within the MS Suite including Excel
  • Prior experience performing the job responsibilities listed above.
