This is an excellent position for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a prestigious HireStrategy client in a highly visible role! Our client is a Washington, DC based international consulting firm looking for a stellar Executive Assistant who will manage the executive support of three senior level executives. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.



  • Provide executive administrative assistant support to three high level senior executives
  • Manage heavy scheduling in a constantly changing environment
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel on a daily basis
  • Prepare extensive travel and expense reports
  • Draft executive-level correspondence
  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate project deadlines
  • Facilitate meeting coordination internally and externally
  • Must have a "by any means necessary" attitude
  • Flexible personality will have some tough "personality drive" execs to handle



  • 5-10 years of progressive administrative experience as a high level executive assistant supporting C Level executives
  • Consulting firm background desired (especially international consulting experience)
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible attitude to participate in a collaborate culture
  • Proven track record with excellent tenure
