Senior Financial Analyst

The Sr. Financial Analyst’s responsibilities include supporting senior management in examining and checking the Company's execution.  Supports the formation and statement of the annual budget, quarterly financial and operational forecasts, and numerous ad-hoc financial and operational analyses.  Generates and dispenses monthly management accounts.  Organizes capital expenditure and headcount preparation.  Helps ensure that all work formed and circulated by the finance department is appropriate and proficient in form.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the analysis of company and divisional financial operation with a particular stress on following and understanding key performance metrics
  • Accountable for developing numerous ad hoc financial/performance examination and modeling
  • Accountable for working with Department Leaders to help interpret and manage their operating and financial performance
  • Maintain the annual budgeting procedure, variance analysis, and informs to the quarterly forecasts for different business beings, sites, and accounts
  • Organize capital expenditure preparation, tracking, and reporting
  • Organize headcount arrangement, support, and reporting procedure
  • Support development of financial presentations for management

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar discipline
  • 3-5 years of involvement (minimum of 2 years of pertinent involvement in Corporate Finance and/or FP&A roles)
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling abilities to sustain complex analyses, knowledge in budgeting and forecasting of business leanings favored
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Established attention to detail, good time management and organization talents
  • Solid interpersonal and communication abilities, and an aptitude to work independently with nominal management/direction
  • Capability to work and communicate efficiently with all levels of the organization, including senior management and operations
  • Knowledge in Cognos and/or other financial planning and budgeting softwares desired but not essential
