A growing Oklahoma City Oil and Gas company is looking to add to their Lease Records department. If you have experience in lease or land, apply today!

Lease Records 

Job Duties:

  • Process Leases/Seismic Permits/Lease Purchase Reports/Drafts
  • Review for accuracy and information
  • Prioritize short term drafts
  • Enter data into computer
  • Invoice clients
  • Process necessary paperwork
  • Communicate with bank concerning payments due
  • Pay bonuses and/or rentals as required
  • Monitor cash balance in leasehold account
  • Communicate with Clients concerning payment of invoices
  • Record leases and leasehold related documents with county clerks

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a lease records analyst, professional landman (field or in-house), or a Land Tech or Land Secretary
  • Prior experience/training in accounting
  • Prior knowledge of legal land descriptions
  • CPLTA Certification and/or Bachelor’s Degree
