Position: Front Office Specialist / Patient Reception

Location: Dallas, TX

Scope: Front Office Specialist / Patient Reception requires experience with patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance.  Candidates must be able to calculate patients’ portion of the bill, collect co pays, and enter charges (charge entry).  Strong communication skills required and ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

Front Office / Patient Reception Requirements:

  • Patient reception, preferably in a fast paced physician practice
  • Collect Co-pays and passed due balance 
  • Customer friendly attitude
  • Answering Calls
  • Entering patients demographics
